Conor McGregor and Dana White pile on the praise for Ian Garry

Garry secured a knockout against Daniel Rodriguez within the first three minutes of the first round, marking his fifth consecutive win in the promotion.
With this win, Garry maintains an undefeated record of 12-0 in his MMA career, as he continues his ascent in the sport with his sights set on the UFC welterweight title.
Following the victory, McGregor lauded Garry on Twitter, stating: “Ian Garry. Another one! #CantStopDestiny.”

This fight represented the most significant challenge of Garry's career yet, and the 25-year-old proved he was more than ready for it.
Garry unleashed a powerful right leg kick to Rodriguez's head, knocking him to the ground, and followed up with a barrage of punches.
“I meant no disrespect to D-Rod, but I was confident I was superior,” stated Garry. “I mentioned before the fight that the key would be my right leg. That high kick was perfectly timed. Shin meeting chin is all it takes in this sport.”
A video surfaced showing Garry predicting the winning shot, which also earned him commendation from McGregor.
McGregor further stated: "Calling your shot and then landing it, that’s remarkable. Welcome to the Shot Caller Club, Ireland’s Ian “The Future” Garry!"
UFC president Dana White also had high praise for Garry and his performance.
During his press conference, White commented: “He was fantastic tonight. He faced a very resilient and dangerous prospect.
“We organize these types of cards for this reason, especially main events. He was spectacular tonight. He exudes confidence, and this kid is ready to conquer the world. I had a chat with him tonight, and he's game for anything, anytime, anywhere. He's a thrill to watch.
“He told us tonight, ‘I aim to defeat all the top 10, top 5 fighters. I want to ensure there's no doubt about my deserving the title when I fight for it.’ He's an exciting athlete to watch.
“We have a blueprint for Irish fighters here. We're likely to bring him to Boston or MSG, and eventually to Ireland if he maintains his performance.”
